Welcome to Redfern Run Club! By participating in our runs, events, or using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Participation and Safety

Responsibility: You participate in all activities at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety and well-being.
Health Conditions: You must be medically fit to participate in running activities and inform Redfern Run Club of any relevant health conditions or concerns.
Following Instructions: You agree to follow instructions and guidelines provided by Redfern Run Club organizers and volunteers.
Respect for Others: You agree to treat all participants, organizers, and volunteers with respect and courtesy.

2. Liability

Waiver: You understand that running involves inherent risks, and you agree to waive any claims against Redfern Run Club, its organizers, and volunteers for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation.
Insurance: Redfern Run Club recommends that all participants have adequate personal accident and health insurance coverage.

3. Code of Conduct

Respectful Behavior: Maintain respectful and inclusive behavior towards all participants.
No Discrimination: Discrimination on the basis of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or any other factor will not be tolerated.
Environmental Awareness: Dispose of waste properly and respect the natural environment during runs.
Social Media: Represent Redfern Run Club positively on social media and refrain from posting inappropriate or offensive content.

4. Membership and Fees

Membership: Redfern Run Club may offer different membership options with varying benefits and fees.
Payment: All fees are payable as outlined by Redfern Run Club and are non-refundable except as specified in the return and refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content and materials produced by Redfern Run Club are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
Usage: You may not use Redfern Run Club’s logo, images, or content without prior written permission.

6. Amendments

Updates: Redfern Run Club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Notification: Updates will be communicated through the website or other appropriate channels.

7. Governing Law

Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
